First Appearances: Sonic Triple Trouble (Fang / Game Gear 1994) & Sonic the Fighters (Bean & Bark / Arcade 1996)
A trio of mercenaries occasionally hired by Dr. Eggman to gather the Chaos Emeralds and keep Sonic and his friends away from his plans. Fang the Sniper is a Jerboa that wields a Popgun and pilots a hoverbike he calls the Marvelous Queen. He's earned many aliases for being an infamous bounty hunter, but is known for his streak of terrible luck. Bean the Dynamite is a woodpecker that can pull bombs from seemingly nowhere. A total loose cannon, Bean is hyperactive and eccentric, showing very little regard for the safety of others. Bark the Polar Bear is the strong, silent pugilist of the group, preferring to keep his opinions to himself. Secretly, he's actually a nice guy, and may just associate with bad company. Whether these three operate together or individually, trouble is usually afoot when the Holligans are around.
